Shipping

Bedding Accessories and Mattresses will ship separately to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Currently we only ship within the continental US.

Bedding Accessories Shipping

Typically Bedding Accessories within 3-5 days and take 5 days for delivery once shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Mattress Shipping

All Mattresses are shipped White Glove delivery which will be delivered and set up in the room of your choice. If you need your old mattress disposed of – no problem! During checkout select the option for mattress removal for an additional $50 per piece or $100 per set.
When we receive your mattress order it will typically ship within 72 hours. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery once your mattress has shipped. You will be contacted by the White Glove delivery company to arrange a day and delivery window for the setup of your Natura sleep product. During the delivery of your mattress, you need to be present and at the shipping address while the product is delivered. If you cannot be present, please arrange someone to be at the shipping address. If this is not possible, please call us at 1.800.243.8834 and have your order number handy.

Returns

Mattress Shipping

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Natura mattress simply contact us and our delivery team will pick up the mattress from your home. You will receive a full refund less the original cost of delivery! In our sleep trial, a minimum of 30 days is required to allow your body to adjust to the sleep surface. A comfort return must be processed within the first 100 nights of receiving your mattress but no sooner than 30 days.
Our goal is to deliver a high-quality mattress that will fit your specific needs and help you get a better night’s rest. Ordering the correct size, model, and thickness of a mattress is the responsibility of the customer. Please measure your entryways, bed frame or platform and make sure you order the correct size. We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered mattresses. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we can help you pick out the correct size mattress.

Cancellation Policy

We can accommodate a cancellation of your order if your product has not shipped. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase.

Natura Mattress Warranty

Natura Sleep USA warrants your new mattress set to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1O years from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Should this mattress set fail during the warranty period, Natura Sleep USA, at its option, will replace or repair the mattress or foundation at no charge other than transportation costs. Natura Sleep USA reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. Repair or replacement of the mattress does not extend the original warranty period.
